We were striving for an amazingly aesthetic appeal in this new build.
It was the perfect blank slate to employ some fabulous color palettes inspired by the holistic Sherwin-Williams 2017 colormix colors. Blush rose, wild browns, arctic neutrals, and black leather furnishings enabled us to sell two homes in just fifteen days. We staged them and they were sold that quickly!
Silver nail heads accentuated the sophisticatedly tailored grey sofa. Panache was added through the striking avant-garde black leather wing back chairs. Natural wood mirrors embodied visual dimension and made an impressive statement on opposite sides of the rose and gold accent canvas. Attuned to the metallic nuances within the painting, we grouped brass arrows on the wall. Brass cylinder drum accent tables, with matching natural wood highlights, were incorporated into the room as well.
Eat In Kitchen/Bar Area:
Retro and modern were blended in this kitchen to offer up the perfect occasional seating repose. Two ghost chairs and 2 classic oak chairs met their match in a chic Mid-century modern classic oak finished table. Due to the diminutive space between the table and bar we opted for backless, armless metal counter stools.
The layout of this house presents the dining room first. Therefore, we wanted it to make an immediate impact. The eyes are instantly drawn to the industrial style of the galvanized mirror. It beckons recollections of restoration hardware designs. Then, the updated beige microsuede Klismos chairs grab the eyes. Their dark wood legs and the rustic dark wood style of the table demand attention.
This master suite needed to provide the perception of plush comfort. A grey button-tufted headboard with matching upholstered rails provided a magnificent beginning. When coupled with the urban sophistication of the matching end tables, dresser, and mirror, the look was attained. At the end of the bed we included a dash of elegance in a velveteen chaise lounge.
