This executive style home in Westchase area of Tampa has a massive great room which most buyers were having trouble visualizing what to do with the space. Cardinal Designs was called-in after the home had been on the market for 60 days, We defined the spaces and staged the main living areas to help this home go under contract. The first showing after it was staged helped produce an offer.
Formal Living Room
Jewel tones, sophistication, and style adorn the formal living room. Classic tuxedo style sofa paired with classic black leather wingbacks with studs featured in this room which creates a grand entrance to this home.
We chose to go with a warm, industrial look in the great room. We used metal accents, rustic tables, glass, and warm blue tones in the couches and artwork. the large airplane canvas gives the room a great focal point and carries over to the adjacent wall where another muted airplane picture of a little kid dressed up like an aviator sits in between 2 neutral chaises which can be used for lounging or for party guests since the bar is next to them.
Eat In Kitchen Area
The large eat-in-kitchen area also adorns a large 3-dimensional airplane picture which continues to tell a story throughout the house. The transitional round table has leather high back chairs and the kitchen has a darker colored granite.
