Chic, Eclectic Home Ready for Buyer

This 1950’s block home has a very open floor plan and Cardinal Designs was able to make sense of the spaces by creating a living/dining combo, TV room, and a nice office area. We used lots of found objects, mid-century pieces, and an overall eclectic aesthetic.

The painted pallet with used bike wheels and the artwork that reads “Enjoy the Ride” make a statement in the family room/den area of this home. The 2 coffee cups on the coffee table show the buyer that this could be their “hangout” room.

One of the things Cardinal Designs does best is find great couches and rework them into pieces of art. This blue 7 foot long mid-century couch is one our team reworked/restored and is the star in the living room with an attached dining room. The pops of orange make this a most fun house to preview for a potential buyer.

Furnished Office Den with Sheepskin Rug The office contains a Hooker Mid-Century desk with whimsical dog photography, a sheepskin rug, and a sitting area.

A rustic reclaimed wood table with clean off-white chairs partnered with word-art on canvas and a massive landscape of NYC were used in open dining room area.
