This vintage 1920’s bungalow had lots of charm already (i.e. coffered ceilings and a picture rail in the dining room) but it felt cold and empty without any furniture in it. The realtor, Jonnae Peck, Keller Williams South Tampa, really wanted it staged in order to get the very best offer possible. The Cardinal Designs team came up with the idea of “Home for the Holidays.” The team installed holiday decor with an 8 foot Christmas tree, lights and ornaments. They even hung stockings on the fireplace, and decorated the dining room table to showcase this beautiful home. It is currently on the market.
