Clean lines, organic forms, and an open concept are what you see when you first enter this home. The outside of the house has stacked ledge-stone which frames this beauty, complete with a contemporary orange door for a pop of color. The inside of this house has clear sight lines from top to bottom, and the floating steel cable staircase is dreamy. There is so much craftsmanship to take in and only a certain style of furniture could complement this beauty.

Formal Living Room

Hanging Succulents, a standing lamp and a grey mid-century chair coupled with a teal low-profile sofa complete the formal sitting area. Playing off the colors in the sofa, we hung some lively cactus prints to pull the look together.

Formal Dining Area

Floating bookshelves are the first thing you see when you open the cheery orange front door. As you turn right, the formal dining area is there. We chose a chrome-legged simple black table for this space with a large abstract painting and our favorite galvanized over-sized mirror.

Family Room

We had fun creating our own custom artwork to fit the 14 foot plus ceilings. We chose a vintage typewriter in black and white. On the wall to the left we hung the words “Happy” to send subliminal messages to a buyer. The sectional we chose was grey and white and extra comfortable for buyers to sit and enjoy the home. The black leather Barcelona chairs are a classic mid-century must-have. And the Scandinavian boxy Zebra wood end tables pull the look together.

Kitchen / Bar Area

Another eating area is made complete with a white tulip table and simple white chairs. The beautiful white bar with copper pendant lighting is suited with light beige stools. The wide seat and sloping backs offer comfort and a clean-lined aesthetic to the kitchen counter.

Master Bedroom

Going off the white oak flooring, we chose a bedroom set that had charcoal and stone finishes with a simple and straight silhouette. The matching loveseat that we used downstairs complete the room with a nice lounging area. And the hand-crafted oversized Joshua Tree photograph becomes the focal point to this room.
