Muted blues, Aviation themes, and great furniture helped to grab just the right buyer for this Seminole Heights home (named as one of the best neighborhoods in Tampa).

Front Exterior of Staged Bungalow

Living Room

The graceful, curvy and petite love seat makes an impressive statement in the smaller living room. The piece that really catches your eye upon entering the front door is the dramatic airplane above the fireplace. It seems to burst right off the wall as it boasts an industrial feel with raw sheet metal and propellers that actually rotate.

Family Room

We chose to make this large bonus room a family room where one would come to watch TV and lounge. The sectional invites a family to pile on in and sink in. With all of its natural light pouring in, it is arguably the best room of this home. We chose blues for accents and a juxtaposition of metals and ink art.

Dining Room

Staying with the airplane theme, we hand picked this whimsical image of a paper airplane in hand for the backdrop of the dining room. The dining table is casual and rustic with its weathered grey finish. It is very trendy as it features the popular x-motif and trestle base.

A beautiful ornate silver bed with a muted comforter is what we chose to make this bedroom look great. We continued the theme of rustic, industrial in this room by pairing a grey weathered whale, with a whitewashed mirror and a couple of other wall hangings.
