Cardinal Designs is thrilled to see our hand-picked furniture for this grand Tampa Heights did the trick in creating that “I want this house” moment for a buyer. Before we put furniture in, the home really felt empty with 2 long hallways. We created a library with a couch that one of our team members fondly named the “Smithsonian” because it is stately and hand carved. We used a massive glass coffee table in front of the fireplace to reel the buyer in to the home and we used a mixture of console tables, fun fabrics and and fun phrases like “happy” above the dining room to make it shine. Having fun and visually marketing homes is what we love to do!
